在分租七楼房屋时，她意外爱上了新房客「伊藤阿满」，伊藤曾是她丈夫聘用的电脑程式设计师，由于伊藤处处关心她，凯蒂踏进爱情陷阱。费雯突遭谋害暴毙被弃置海边，这些日子凯蒂发现伊藤潜伏著危险、有暴力倾向，曾经使用手铐、铁练限制她的行动，且将他已过世的姐姐「治子」的声音、影像贮存在电脑中杀人，费雯就是他手中的牺牲者，凯蒂感到惊悸万分，随时有逃命的准备，但未成功。
