Plot Summary:Following a prison break, Hal Wilson, a ruthless killer takes refuge in the home of a psychiatrist, Dr. Shelby. While Wilson is attempting to make a safe getaway, Dr. Shelby is busily trying to analyze his captor and find out just what, in his dark past, made him the man he now has become.
感觉像是危急时刻的又一个版本，而这两部电影又都是舞台剧改编而来，在这一部里心理医生（大学教授）与罪犯的斗法成了最大的看点，两段梦中奇景拍的那么光怪陆离，一段利用了负片效果制造惊悚，另一段则采用了达利的超现实风格。。。结尾桥段更是将心理学的噱头推向了最高潮。。。除了这些精彩的部分剩下的就显得很累赘，尤其是可有可无的角色搞了那么多完全没有必要。。。
