剧情介绍
巴特雅（莎拉·埃德勒 Sarah Adler 饰）是一名婚礼喜宴服务员，然而她的生活却非常孤单乏味，父母不常联系，男友也离他而去。一天，巴特雅在海边碰见一个满脸雀斑的小女孩，只穿这一条小泳裤，套着一只游泳圈。巴特雅以为她迷路了，将她带到警察局，小女孩却一句话也不说。巴特雅只好把这个神秘的小女孩带回家里照顾，渐渐地，她和不说话的小女孩似乎建立起了某种信任和依靠，巴特雅便把她带到自己工作的婚宴餐厅，然而小女孩却神秘消失了。巴特雅再次回归孤单。在一次赴约中，巴特雅竟然看见小女孩从不愿摘下的泳圈滚过马路，她上前追赶，却被车撞倒…… 本片荣获2007年第60届戛纳电影节的金摄影机奖，以及国际影评人周最佳编剧。Meduzot (the Hebrew word for Jellyfish) tells the story of three very different Israeli women living in Tel Aviv whose intersecting stories weave an unlikely portrait of modern Israeli life. Batya, a catering waitress, takes in a young child apparently abandoned at a local beach. Batya is one of the servers at the wedding reception of Keren, a young bride who breaks her leg in trying to escape from a locked toilet stall, which ruins her chance at a romantic honeymoon in the Caribbean. One of the guests is Joy, a Philippine chore woman attending the event with her employer, and who doesn't speak any Hebrew (she communicates mainly in English), and who is guilt-ridden after having left her young son behind in the Philippines.
