某观众：Could u talk a bit about the early process?How can we help us appreciate this early experiences,this lean years,the very difflcult years leading up to the ultimate praise?
Kevin：There is no praise out there.The only praise is this one and what u feel what u want to accompalish if u can as u start out this could be lean years or fat years.I feel I very often watch a lot young people sort of meandering around without any idea about why they are doing what they are doing.I mean to want and to be ambitious and to want to be successful is not enough.To know what u want,to understand why u are doing it,to dedicate every breath in your body to achieve.If u feel u have something to give,if u feel that your particular talent is worth developing,is worth caring for than there is nothing u can't achieve.You are gonna grow up with your colleagues, you're gonna watch them have success,u're gonna watch them have failure and you're gonna watch how they deal with it and they can be as much a teacher for u as anybody here or anyone who is priviledged to come here and speak to me.
